Schedules, practice plans, and coaches for this week are below.  The opponent is new, but the coach is familiar.  His teams tend to be highly skilled and well coached.

• 4:30 Long toss up to 70 feet
• 4:40 Toss and turn 3-player
• 4:50 Ground ball drills
• 5:00 Kid pitch (6 pitchers * 2 batters each)
• 5:30 Game simulation
• 6:30 Uniform distribution
