September 21-22 Weekend Preview

The Blue Jays reach the midway point of the fall season this weekend with practice and a game versus the Cubs.

The schedule, practice plan, and list of coaches and volunteers are below.

Westland Middle School
5:15 p.m.

Practice Plan

• 5:15 long toss
• 5:25 toss and turn 3-player
• 5:35 ground ball 6-4-3, 4-6-3
• 5:45 steal and throw*
• 6:00 rundowns*
• 6:15 game simulation
• 7:00 kid pitch

*Drills require sliding.  Please wear long pants.
