The Blue Jays begin an exciting fall season this weekend!  Schedules and the practice plan are below.

Practice Plan

• 5:15 long toss 60 feet
• 5:25 toss and turn
• 5:35 around the horn throw, tag, shift
• 5:45 ground ball 6-4-3, 4-6-3, 5-4-3
• 6:00 game simulation
• 7:20 uniform distribution
