The Blue Jays will celebrate Fathers Day weekend with their final practice and game of the season.

Game - Sunday, June 17

Blue Jays vs. Astros
Arrive 12:30 p.m. at Westland Middle School

Please plan to stay after the game for a brief trophy presentation and postseason treat!
